Terms of Use & EULA

1. Acknowledgment

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Gurwinder Singh ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), not between you and Apple. The Developer, not Apple, is solely responsible for the didudo app and its content.

By downloading, installing, or using didudo ("App"), you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are not parties to this EULA and have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

2. Scope of License

Subject to the terms of this EULA, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth in Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice on the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or in a manner not permitted by this EULA

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by the Developer.

3. App Description & Subscription

didudo is a routine and task planning app for iOS featuring intelligent day scheduling, habit building, AI-assisted features, and calendar synchronisation.

Free Tier

• Up to 3 tasks
• Up to 3 subtasks per task
• 1 template
• 1 attachment per task
• Basic routines and goals

didudo Premium

• Unlimited tasks, subtasks, and templates
• All AI features (Smart Assistant, Scan to Task, voice input)
• Unlimited attachments
• Advanced statistics and analytics
• All future Premium features

Subscription & Billing

Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription via Apple's In-App Purchase system. Current prices are displayed in the App Store and may vary by region. A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers.

All purchases are processed entirely by Apple. The Developer does not receive or store any payment or credit card data. Refund requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Maintenance and Support

The Developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App, as required by applicable law and as described in this EULA. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

5. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the Developer's sole responsibility.

The Developer does not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

6. Product Claims

The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Product liability claims
• Any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement
• Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation

7. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by the Developer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in this EULA transfers any ownership rights to you.

8. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this EULA. You must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organisation

9. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country
• You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App (e.g. Apple's Terms of Service when using iCloud Sync, or your wireless data service agreement).

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

didudo is designed with privacy by default — your tasks and routines are stored locally on your device. No personal data is sold or shared with advertisers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if the Developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits the Developer's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Term and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

The Developer may also terminate this EULA at any time and for any reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to: intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and general provisions.

13. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to update this EULA at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised EULA.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply in addition.

For disputes with consumers, the place of jurisdiction is determined by the consumer's residence or the Developer's registered address. For merchants and legal entities, the place of jurisdiction is Neu-Isenburg, Germany.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The Developer is not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures.

16. Age Requirements

The App is not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years of age to download, install, or use didudo. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

If you are under 13, you must not use the App or provide any personal information to us. If we become aware that a user under the age of 13 has provided personal data, we will take steps to delete such information as required by applicable law.

17. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer with respect to the App and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties — whether written or oral — relating to the App. Any waiver by the Developer of any breach or default under this EULA shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
